Arguing with ppl can sometimes cause them to be aroused, but it's even worse in public as you're now an accomplice involving sexual activities in public which can lead to indecent exposure making u the cause of the event, so to avoid this even if the person isn't aroused both party's should be held responsible and should be arrested immediately with a live public execution for indecent exposure and violence, wouldn't I make a good president?
