Before starting make up, if you never used any skincare then I'd say better get yo skin cared first. Start w the basics like face wash, toner/serum, moisturiser, sunscreen. Gotta do trial error w finding the suitable ones tho so be prepared to sacrifice money and do skin patch test before splurging on products. Good skin = good make-up look. No use......
