I'll actually read the first chapter (of multi-chapter ones) if it catches my attention, I'll continue. If not, I'd drop the series altogether. I don't trust descriptions, art and comments since sometimes, I would find really good yaois (in my taste) that doesn't even get a description, with so-so art and bad comments.
