What was the best plot twist you ever seen before? Like it was so good you literally had to stop reading/watching for a minute and think about life and wtf just happened ( of course it didn't literally have to make you do this but you get my point)

I remember being traumatized abt this old movie, So basically she's a married woman who really really wants to have a baby but for some reasons she cant have one.
