Losing weight ? I recommend just stop eating snacks in generally . Like chips , cookies don’t eat as much and limit how much you can eat them Meals you should eat more vegs and replace rice with it For what you couldn’t eat don’t eat anything fried and pick foods that are steamed instead And also try eating Stir fried food more frequentl......   1 reply
