caloric deficit is the obvious answer, maybe aim for a ~500~ deficit and it’ll be a STEADY weight loss plan, losing weight QUICKLY is often unhealthy and in the long run, inefficient and not consistent in weight. Tbh all you need to do is move your body regularly and not sit or lay down all day. You should walk +8km a day and eat and drink water regularly. Also sleep properly too. This is a long one but it reduce me like 4kg in a week or two then I got lazy and lay on my bed all day gained it again lmaooo   2 reply

Once I started gaining weight I couldn't loose it honestly. In time of dire what helped me loose it again is hardwork, literally guys, I'd be stressed with work and engage in straight 6 to 8 hours non stop working on my projects. Doing this rn for my health and it’s mainly calorie maintenance. Get an app to track your calories and stick to it. Once you get a feel for how much each meal is you don’t have to track it all the time on the app cause you already have an idea.
