Since some people are already saying tips, what you should NOT do is starve yourself. Don't ever do that. It is not the way! Please eat ofc with calorie deficit or wtv but NEVER starve yourself or eat unhealthy things. This is coming from someone who used to be plus sized.   1 reply

as someone studying a nutrition degree, please try not to cut out certain foods or follow restrictive diet :,( it is not good and can affect your physical and mental health. i assume you're speaking about losing fat, not just losing weight. one can be 54kg, have more muscle tone & be physically toned and the other can be 50kg have more fat tissue......   3 reply

First stop sugar, sugar is the thing your body will use first not fat, so stop sugar, then eat protein, using the calories deficit, eating more protein and doing more sport (4 times a week I’ll say : one day rest one day sport) you’re gonna slim down, lose fat the build muscle. No body talks about this point so i will say it. U should think about what to do after dieting! I had 3 sucsseful diets and lost about 25 kg each time but i always gain it back. Mainting the weight after you reach your goal weight is so much harder than starting the diet. Also don't starve yourself if you crave something take a bite or two because ......   1 reply

cut out on things like rice and stuff. especially rice. also, generally, don't eat after 5 pm, try to eat before you are hungry, etc etc. Exercise daily, do some running or something. I lost like 17kg in 3 months by sticking to a calorie deficit and working out 5 days a week. It was rlly tiring but I found it easier to stick to a routine and do it so I ate the same thing everyday and did the same workouts everyday. Poverty is my best diet :< but joke aside maybe you're so impatient to see the result thats why you're failing. Weightloss is a long process. Eat whatever you want but in control amount only.
