I would switch myself with Elon Musk and here’s my plan:
1.) Unconditional housing for homeless and addicts with rehabilitation centres
2.) Send more Malaria vaccines to Africa and other surrounding countries struggling with it
3.) Give hospitals enough money so they can keep investing it and make healthcare essentially free(in America)
