Lost weight
I have lost give or take 15 pounds (6.8 kilos) since quarantine has started but its kind of strange, i myself am not sure how i lost the weight. Iv been doing everything i normally do, i havent changed my diet and iv been eating the same amount. Iv even been exercising less then i normally do lol. Im loosing it to fast aswell loosing 15 pounds in a month isnt really that healthy lmao. Im not really sure whats going on, i have some health issues but this has never happened before, BUT anyways if u want to loose weight do it but make sure u do it safely and in moderation

It might be muscle then? Because as opposed to fat, muscle weighs more. Thats why most fitness people tend not to rely on a weight scale and go more for a measuring tape or eye ball it. Your muscles might be atrophying if you're doing all the same things and the only difference is your amount of exercise.
