Yesterday I saw an OP get attacked for generalizing Korean men so I'm just gonna drop some pics to show y'all that OP was in fact very correct
and then we have this misogynistic YouTuber who drove a woman to death all because he thought she was a feminist and all he does is post misogynistic content and guess how many ppl follow him. A million. A million incels
. A million is literally crazy considering Korea's population and Korean women have been reporting this channel but it's still up and they're so desperate they asked for foreigners help. Also I saw a tweet talk about Ahn Bohyun following this content, I'm not sure if it's true but it wouldn't be surprising at all
more about the 4b movement. It's been happening since 2019,if Korean women themselves don't defend their men and generalize you realize how toxic and misogynistic most of the men are
this literally just so sad :(
this novel is about feminism btw. These mfs really can't stand women having rights at all. Also when this feminist novel was announced to have a film it caused an outrage in Korean men.
and all of these here is just a tip of the ice berg y'all should search about the 4b movement and learn more about the gender inequality in Korean society and how the men are raised to be borderline misogynistic before jumping someone and calling them racist because they don't trust Korean men
.
Also expect more of your oppas to be exposed because women are finally starting to speak up.

I lived in Korea and dated 3 korean men, they all fucking suck. All of them was sex obsessed and controlling asf. Op wasn't lying that men sucked and these delusional kdrama fans are just failing to acknowledge that their idols are probably r4p1st in reality. Like yeah I don't mean to generalise but majority of them since atleast in my class like just assholes and racist mfs.
and they wonder why their birth rates are declining rapidly lmao
also as a filipino they can't be serious. how is the only defense they have 'oh SEA women want us though' bitch no one want you !!! gtfo they talk like theyre so smug about that when theyre racist towards SEA countries the most. "the philippines and southeast asia" brother we ARE in southeast asia?? no one in SEA want ppl who have slurs specifically made toward them. be for real, they need to wake up
They're so fucking self centered and the way they act like they're doing women a favour by being with them is fucking crazy. The government would rather pay women to marry these men instead of fixing their justice system and their misogynistic society ughh
they should pay women the equivalent of 1 billion if they want them putting up with men like these they act like its the women that need the men the way they're treating them when their population is literally on a downwards trend lol... make the country a matriarchy atp
Korean society is deeply misogynistic and has been for a long time. It breeds these kind of men.
Those men as individuals are so fucking disgusting but it's important to keep our minds on why they become like that. There's nothing inherent about Korean men that makes them more misogynistic but it's their society that makes them like that.
It's so horrifying to hear that Korean women must face and live with fear. If I was Korean i would 100 % just leave the country. Why would I risk my life merely existing in a country with men like these.
It feels like women get NOTHING there. No recognition at all. Please correct me on this if I'm wrong because I'm deeply uneducated on this but it feels like even some conservative Muslim societies (Saudi Arabia and the like) have more appreciation for their women than Korean society has.
Did you know in the past it was expected of widows to kill themselves? Women who killed themselves after their husband's died were considered to be extremely virtuous and respected.
Please don't compare Muslims to this. I am a Muslim and our religion taught as about women rights way before western civilization/feminism. Most Muslim countries are more affected by culture rather than religion so people do think Islam has underappreciation for women but that's not correct at all. But yea everything else you said is true, praying for Korean women I can't imagine living in such a society
I'll be honest, I don't think it matters who started talking about women's rights first.
I am very aware of the fact that Muslim countries are much more than the religion and that a lot of customs associated to Muslims are actually not from the religion but their culture.
This is why I said that Muslim countries have partially more appreciation of women than Korea but I don't think that Muslim (like truly from the religion) appreciation of women is what I want. There is some appreciation but not true and equal one.
Of course it doesn't matter, I was simply educating you about it and specifically saying Muslim countries is obviously gonna mislead some people after all you're labelling a country with a religion even though most of the country's influence is more cultural. It wouldn't hurt to just say middle eastern countries yk
Muslim countries simply are known for being misogynistic, that's why I used this example. You are correct though, I could have said middle eastern countries.
May i ask how you reconiliate your religion and the stuff you read on here? Like homosexual content.
AFAIK I know Islam says homosexuality isn't wrong as long as you don't act on it so is that how you engage with it?
Genuine curiosity, idrk a lot of Muslims irl
Yup you already got the answer
Oh okay so you think that if those characters that you root for would be doing something wrong if they were real people?
No?? Why would I think that??
If you think homosexuality is only okay if not acted upon?
The characters im reading about aren't Muslim? Why should I force my belief on them or anyone else? In Islam we have verse 109:6 which says "You have your way and I have my way" so just because my religion forbids me from doing something doesn't mean it's forbidding other ppl
Okay, i see. That's interesting.
So if you discovered you were into the same sex you wouldn't act on it but in itself there's nothing bad about it?
Yea after all no one can control their feelings
I mean, is there something bad about acting on it? I know you don't condemn others but why would you think it's bad for you
To sum it up homosexuality goes against the natural disposition that God has created in mankind
I'm not trying to defend these creeps but since we're generalizing what about like the teens who just started their life? Do you think they'll grow up and do the same thing since we're generalizing here?
What teens? If you're talking about Korean guys then if they do grow up in this society then they'll obviously be Inflenced about all this. I mean all these men were once also teens.
I was asking a genuine question so thanks for sort of answering, what I was missing was influence I see
I just want to add, it's already the case...

What people see in dramas those ML's are simply stories but omg she & all those accounts got brutally trolled trolled for speaking facts by bunch of koreaboos ..
Liking kpop is ok , liking dramas is ok too but becoming delusional after watching those dramas is not ok ..
