Death

Im actually so afraid of death I always remind myself that Its going to happen so much time later but I think I will still be terrifed of the idea even in my 80s(if I dont die till that age)
Im not a religious person so I dont believe in after life but Im so scared of the idea that going to blank and not have a existence but It feels wrong to believe in religion just because Im scared of after death?
Im curious of your opinions about the topic

I don't know if I can be much help but, you could research different religions and find if any of them are something that make sense to you and that you would believe in, but don't force yourself to believe, otherwise you'll be left with doubt and I don't think that would solve your problem. If that doesn't work, you could try to find peace in you...... reply
