not a gym rat but i have an eating disorder. to fix your bad habit of wanting to eat sweets etc you need to do a calorie deficit. because thing is, if you stop eating sweets : you’ll end up having MAD cravings. like yk the ones i’m talking about, when all u think of is sweet and then you end up eating them bc that’s all you can think of. you ......   1 reply
