don't try to do too many things at once! self-discipline is important and difficult to get into, so focus on one goal (like working out) and make it into a habit so that it doesn't feel like a chore anymore. keep in mind that your hormones can affect water retention levels in your body so your water weight can fluctuate based on that. don't be disa......   reply

I go to the gym on a weekly basis, I think you are doing too much at the moment, focus on one thing at a time. My favourite site for exercising is superhero jacked. This got me into exercising in the first place, it has workout routines with diets for your favourite anime characters or super heros.   reply

Not going to help you with gym, since I barely exercise. If you want to lose weight, you need to be on calorie deficit. Just count the calories, there are many apps that will do it for you. I personally did that, and also cut out everything unhealthy cold turkey. For me losing weight was really hard, since I started on the low end of normal weight.......   1 reply

If you want to start out on a calorie deficit, calculate your tdee. You can either choose sedentary and calculate how many calories you burn from walking and add that to your total daily energy expenditure.
