i don't know you so i can't say for sure but if you're finding you're avoiding female mc series almost entirely i think you should probably do some introspection wrt how you view female characters
ofc there's a ton of series with super sexist portrayals of women but there's also a ton of work especially by female mangaka with wonderfully written c......
