I think it’s because they want the bottom to feel good. What’s the point if the top keeps uhh cumming faster than the bottom and the bottom doesn’t feel any pleasure. Or sometimes the top cums fast and is instantly tired. Which makes the bottom feel as if they hadn’t had any “action” or enough pleasure. Idk maybe. ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)�......
