Toxic things Present in CN novels

Ever experience dropping a good CN novels because of how toxic trait are present?

1. Nationalism- it's annoying how authors praises China like they're some Godly nation excessively proud with one belt,one road or poverty alleviation. Come on corruption exist in every country (︶︿︶)＝凸
2. Harem- majority of CN novels are harem without tagged as harem. It's annoying how you finally found a good fanfic theme then suddenly MC becomes a pervert. The line that is most frequent that I hate most is " Only children makes choices, Adults wants them all" basically implying wanting them all female characters.
3.Porn-like metaphors - like using sexual metaphors to real life situation that has nothing to do with sex are ridiculous.

I can basically identify harem quickly as long as at least 2 female characters blushes because of MC without doing anything means the novel isn't a good thing.
