You're favorite songs to write to?

You gotta listen to video game mixes- like Minecraft music, Legend of Zelda, Undertale. They have the best ambient vibes, and you can always look up boss battle music playlists for something more intense.   1 reply

I listen to a variety of different things, but recently I fell in love with this playlist in particular https://youtu.be/851FQiikDaw?si=FZotUPcu8SrgaQgC then there's this one album called "Chet Baker Sings" also, any instrumental bossa nova or classical music is great too, I usually listen to Tchaikovsky, his music is romantic yet melancholy. I listen to albums instead of playlist because I do, so I usually go with a calmer one like Nirvana or Alice in Chains unplugged, Grace by Jeff Buckley, Illinoise by Sujfan Stevens, The Microphones, or even Blackstar by Bowie. I'll also listen to some post-rock like Godspeed You! or Swans because that's the only music I listen to with no lyrics.   reply
