I don't think m preg is misogynistic i mean after all it’s omegaverse and the whole point of it is that male people can reproduce as well just like women. In “love is an illusion” the roles were swapped. With women having genitalia and although the males did also have dick they were able to get pregnant. M preg is a source of fiction and entertainment. Sure you might not like it but as a woman, i find the idea of men being pregnant quite entertaining since it cannot happen irl. Fiction is literature in the form of prose that describes imaginary events and people. Thus, also becoming a great source of entertainment for some individuals.
