Just had a panic attack and I literally thought I was dying. The last one I had was 5 years ago so this took me by surprise and had no idea what to do or how to calm down. It eventually went away but it was horrible. What's an effective way of getting out of an attack? I fear that I will have another one cuz I haven't calmed down properly
I'm so sorry that happened and hope you feel better soon. There's this relaxation technique called autogenic training. Try it out, it did wonders for me! Hope this helps. reply
