I guess this would be my villain if the world had more of a fantasy/unrealistic setting.That would make this one a more real world based villain? Making two completely different ones because I'm indecisive af and couldn't figure out which concept I liked more.
(I have my hair dyed green ie. the first ones hair color while the second one is closer ......
