People who complain are annoying.
It really annoys me every time I read something where the main character is obviously a child, from the cover to the first chapter. When people complain in the comments and say that they’re going to drop it if ‘MC doesn’t grow older in 2 chapters’ like what did you expect? If you don’t want a child mc then read something else. Not that hard there’s tons of other things that have similar vibes with adult mcs.
Another thing is when a woman comes in the vicinity of an op mc. People will complain and say they’re dropping it, like I understand about the harem cases, but just female side characters, y’all are weird. Like maybe I don’t expect my op mc to be a virgin loser who hates all women. Like if you don’t want a possible female love I suggest you read a yaoi, not that hard.
TLDR: people going to the comment section just to hate on obvious things when everyone else is enjoying the book is annoying, we really really don’t need public announcements of you ‘possibly’ dropping the book if the things you don’t like don’t change to exactly what you want.

Me complaining about others comments on specific types of books and a specific comment I see is way different than generalizing that I hate all complainers. So it’s not hypocritical since I’m not meeting any of the criteria that the post was about. Think we lost the plot here.
