Y'ALL !!! THE POWER OF CLOTHES IS AMAZING!!
I'm 17 and I still live under my parents roof (I will move by 19 for Uni).
Until now, my mother has always been in charge of buying me and my little sister's clothes (my older sister, who is moving due to Uni is pretty much indipendent).
Needless to say, THEY WERE HORRIBLE! .
The few times she bought smth decent It was impossible to style due to its colour .
ANYWAY, I bought some clothes online from my first job (well not really first..but it's complicated) and I feel 100 × more attractive .
Even my siblings and parents complimented me .
I've almost always felt like a potato (due to my mother) ....but no, it was the clothes!.

It's normal to live with your parents at 17, but yeah at that point you should go buy your own clothes. Everyone has their own style, and you know what works for your body best! Have fun creating new outfits (●^◡^●)ﾉ
