from my research (from Google), it's a complicated process you need a uterus and your body to accept that uterus; the process called uterus transplant also needs supplements to replicate hormonal phases during pregnancy this method worked for some women but from what I'm seeing it's didn't get tried on AMAB yet. so it will never be like omegaverse ......
