from my research (from Google), it's a complicated process you need a uterus and your body to accept that uterus; the process called uterus transplant also needs supplements to replicate hormonal phases during pregnancy this method worked for some women but from what I'm seeing it's didn't get tried on AMAB yet. so it will never be like omegaverse ...... 1 reply

it would only happen if the female population was on an extreme decline, but even then you would have more tube/lab babies over men actually giving birth. There have been studies so two woman can reproduce by themselves [ not futa :( ] successfully but no studies to make bio men preggo yet. i think they would rather make artificial wombs that aren't attached to any human body rather then giving men the ability to birth if scientists where tryna find ways for concieving outside of hetero couples...
