Interesting i guess. But like human anatomy isn't made for that.
It's not like the anus is made for birth but it functions similarly enough to the vagina and is in a similar place. For a Penis tho.... like think about how much it would have to swell (sorry for the imagery). The urine canal whatever isn't meant to enlarge unlike the anus and esp vag......
