Honestly, I think you should take PT and stop doing football, which I know will be very hard for you to do because of your connections. I’m going to be honest, your friendships with the other players may weaken because you won’t be seeing them as often but you can always build it back up by hanging out with them outside of playing football. Hmmmm... So basically you took ab psychology because the school won't let athletes take medical courses, and you told your coach that you'd continue playing and got a scholarship, which you wanted so that your sister wouldn't pay for your tuition anymore after what you've overheard her say. No offense but you're not going to get any kind of good job with a BA in Psychology. Unless you're guaranteed a spot in a professional team or are going to get your masters in a field you dont enjoy, you're basically wasting time and money. Pair your psych degree with a grad program in business. Alone it’s not going to get you far. Paired you can work in HR or recruitment. I used this combo and I own a real estate company.   reply

It will probably feel worse in the long run regretting your choice if you choose not to speak up about it. Momentary embarrassment is overshadowed by life long regret. Its a hard choice but in the end if you are set on it, do it. It is your life and you're an adult who can make their own decisions, as long as it doesn't hurt anyone.   reply

This is a really tough spot to be in and it sucks ass that our system asks literal children to choose their path for the next 20/30 years when we haven't even been alive that long.
