losing weight
ok this might seem rlly weird but listen to my experience lmao
so i have BED which is binge eating disorder right, it was really hard to eat OR lose weight because i would just eat so much without stopping. people are always like "calorie deficit" bla bla "exercise" but those things literally don't matter untill you do this
CHANGE YOUR MINDSET!!! to lose weight you need discipline! consistently exercising and eating less is mf hard bro, if you are flimsy with your motivation you wont even be able to do it, no exercise OR calorie deficit. u need have the right mindset.
i have a disorder, so it took me 4 years.
it can take yall a couple days, i just needed to find what was right for me.
anyway so what i actually did to go from bmi 34.7 to bmi 19.2 was fast lmao i fasted a bunch. i have a binge ed and when i ate i just fucking ate and ate and ate lol so to combat that i didnt eat at all. this is unhealthy, but its the only thing i could do ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
the first day is the hardest, but i always ate on the second day idk why HAHA but once you get past the first three, then its easy. I fasted for 30 days, then another 30 after 3 days of eating under 1000 calories. i kept on doing that consistently until i like got skinny? once i did the first 30 days doing it again was easy. also i stopped binging by convincing myself food was disgusting lmao and pouring soap on my food. (some times i still ate it)
tldr: FASTING WORKS! but consult ur docto first

also!!!! you should also go ahead and train your body whilst doing this. doesnt even need to be proper gym weights - just everyday household items and try lifting (helps with stamina a ton too!!!) but thas jst me tho, it would be a perfect opportunity to combine the both and get more toned muscle and/or become stronger generally, but thats up to you and the motivation of course
yesss!! I had to exercise a bunch because I was soooooo scared of loose skin ( ̄∇ ̄") I didn't get anyway but I wouldn't say I got abs either...
