I love omegaverse
I personally love omegaverse. I remember the first omegaverse BL to come out it was very original, it was a new thing... And it opened doors to new possibilities in writing. It was a new formula that we hadn't seen before.
Also, more and more authors have stopped explaining their systems and I guess now people don't really need it since there are blogs explaining the basics.
However, back in the day no one knew what it was, though it already existed in fan fiction but closer to the werewolf trope. So authors would have like 3-5 pages at the beginning of stories explaining the world, how Omega's are viewed, how alphas are viewed etc..
It is honestly one of my favorite BL subgenres, though I know other genres have omegaverse too.
Anyway, love it and I am kind of proud that I saw it appear in the BL world and now I'm seeing the Guideverse become popular too.
Adds variety to BL. Love it.

What was the first omegaverse BL ever written? in fact what was the first creation of omegaverse? now im curious
I have no idea about the first omegaverse BL WRITTEN because that would probably be a random fan fiction that blew up in a random fandom on AO3. Same for the creation of omegaverse.
However, I do remember one of the first BL mangas I saw passing around in the early 2010s.
Far from the diversity we can find in omegaverse today, it only contained the basics of omegaverse of the earlier works:
- Omegas wearing collars
- story happening in high school
- as per usual at the time, the romance, without meant to be toxic, still started with a rape that triggered feelings in a way that is mostly not done anymore even in toxic BL which is good because, it was crazy now that I think back on it
The problem is that back in the day we didn't have the heavy online presence of today, and we didn't use social media the same way, so we didn't communicate about those stuff as much and all had our websites so I wasn't on mangago, I was on something else.
So I'm not sure I can find one of the earliest ones I've read because unfortunately, in a very bittersweet way, experiencing things in the early 2010s usually means you only have your memories as a witness. But I'll try. Wait
Ok never mind finding them is harder than I thought. I used to read a lot more than today since now I am more selective and only catch up updates every night and check for new toxic stories to read only. Back then I had no selection and would read until 3am almost everyday, 1am when I was responsible.
And now that the first website I've read on (in my native language) doesn't exist anymore, I only have the bookmarks from the website I read on around 2013/2014 and even then I don't have all of them and I still have too mmany to check it all.
So I'm sorry I can't provide the names but basically any Yaoi story with something about an omega having to wear a collar to avoid getting beaten and sometimes hiding it. I don't remember if there were ones with inhibitors back then. As I said I had very little sleep and have read way too many

I don't know how young you are but omegaverse BL isn't that old. At least not in manga. It started around late 2000s, inspired from the wolf system in fan fics and straight romance.
And if you want to gain more perspective on things, take a step back. BL manga, which came before BL Manhwa and manhua, is already not that old in general BL (all mediums included)
Then you take BL manga about werewolves. That came way after because it isn't prominent in Japanese culture to begin with.
Now, logically, in a grand scheme of things, how old do you think a twist of werewolf stories like omegaverse BL is?
