My process
Working out is the easy part, start out with a 10 minute walk 4 times a week (at the least) - the difficult part is changing your portions and lessening your appetite
Self control is a huge part of it, and it took me months to see just how much I was really eating. Start by looking at healthier options for snacks and meals, find protein foods that you can eat over long periods!
My go to meal is three ‘barely there’ chicken strips (they have a smaller amount of breading and a good bit of protein) + cottage cheese and a steamed sweet potato with a little bit of salt!
I’ve lost 22lbs since June 1st, it’s all a learning process!(๑•ㅂ•)و✧

That’s amazing!! It’s becomes really hard to lose weight when your weight is already low, when that time comes don’t be so disappointed and hard on yourself. It’s been really hard for me letting myself eat whatever I want and seeing the fat grow back in just a few months after months almost a year of progress, but I’m legit becoming bald lol from dieting because I’m already underweight.
So be careful of that! Whether you eat more protein or take supplements, get your body nutrients or else you’re gonna be depressed and bald ;’)
It happens, I’ve been overweight a lot of my life - and it only got worse after the Covid shutdown. It took me forever to realize how much and what I was eating was so unhealthy
I only plan on losing 20-30 more lbs so I’m back in a healthy weight range!
Yay! That’s so awesome, cheering for you ! God bless
