look, I Know you asked about adults but the Manhua is so underrated and the story is really good I suggest you read it. it's called Count Tachibana and it's free on L E Z H I N
On the other hand, if you like BL with only adults I suggest Necromancer Survival and A Trace of the Wonder

Banana fish. I haven't finished reading it yet, some people said they didn't end up together in the end but it's listed as shounen ai here.
