Baseline: Burn more calories than you eat. Like others mentioned, calories vs. Calories out. Having a good sleep schedule is very important. Also, don't eat until you are actually hungry and don't eat until your stuffed. Just eat until you are moderately full. Most important thing when losing weight is being realistic! Don't do diets, find a life style that fits you and that you can consistently keep up for the rest of your life. cutting out soda and drinking water will help IMMENSELY and it’s a pretty easy change. if you’re a fiend like me then cut down to one soda a day…2 days…3…4…5…6…then one a week! during this time take up drinking more water throughout the day, but don’t chug it cause then you get that sick feeling yknow. but yeah drop soda and pick ......   1 reply
