How to stop myself from overthinking
So I just finished my English language test for my uni and I think i may have fcked up half of it.
The reading and listening tests were fine, and im confident in them (a few mistakes maybe).
But for my writing and speaking test omlllll. I almost ran out of time for the writing test, and I didn't know if I reached the word count. But I think I was able to get my point across for about half of it. And for the speaking test omlllllllll I stuttered frequently, paused a lot, and had lots of "umh" "uh". Tho I think I spoke properly in some parts ??
A friend I met during the test assured me that everything was gonna be alright. But this is the only uni choice I have so I REALLY CANT fail it. I can't help but overthink that I'm acc gonna fail.
Can someone please share how I can stop overthinking this? (Or just give me word of assurance
). I have a flight this evening and the results won't come until a week later. I don't want to fck up my vacation too just because of overthinking this.
Listen you can't change anything now, you did your best and now try to accept the results. One thing I know speaking test grades are more gracious, they let students makes more mistakes than in writing test. It's more stresfull for everyone (at least for most of us) and examiners are well aware of this.
You can always analize it and think what yo......
