its been a common occurrence for me to come across yaoi/shounen ai rated 8.5 stars or lower and i ALWAYS expect it to be because the manga itself has an obvious problem like a shittily written character/story or like. there's unnecessary and romanticized rape, but when i read the actual manga it turns out to be so fucking good and well written and something id lose my mind over so its always so confusing to see people rating it so low like?4!2!4!33! and for such shallow reasons like "its not smutty enough" well damn take your prn addiction elsewhere!!
maybe its because there are certain people who use this site who i guess just dont have the ability to appreciate well written literature but i dont know.
