I gotta say Phosphophyllite from Houseki no kuni/Land of the Lustrous, such interesting and complex characters in the whole manga, which by the way ALL under go some sort of change which I LOVE, it’s just like Nana where you can find yourself in every character a little 2 reply

Light Yagami, Lelouch Lamperouge... Character development doesn't have to be good development right...? If you ask me for 'good' development, I actually like Tsunayoshi Sawada's development (KHR). LYashiro Nene from tbhk, if you look at her from the start of the manga, to the current chapter, she has gotten more braver, confident, loyal etc. Ofc she's not THE best tho. (The strawhats has to have the best character development for me but someone already said that so thanks!!! ️) reply
