Idk if this counts but the villain in Pearl Boy. I did find him pretty intimidating in the first season and how the ending of season one showed that wasn’t going to last time we would see him.
Then when second season comes in, there were moments where it felt like he was scheming something more heinous than what he did last time or at least imo.......
