What's a manga that you believe is 100% underrated? And why should it be talked about more?

Someone mentioned "A cruel god reigns" and I agree 100% So here's another: Übelblatt It's actually surprising how this didn't get an Anime yet while the plot and characters basically scream to be adapted into animated media.
