in my experience my dog wouldn't eat any food (except parle g biscuits for some reason??). my family also couldnt go to the vet (same reason as you). we made him softer natural food (ie cooked rice, boiled peas, lamb, etc) and had to hand feed him because he was that sick. even with that it took him a while before he would touch the food but he got......
