actually it relies more on genes or your skin type but most dermatologists say that clear skin starts with gut health!! (this is my take,, i got clear skin and dont do skincare but i got lots of pimples before i just cleared it out after a diet!) - drink lots of water (at least 2 liters a day) - get enough sleep like 8hrs is enough - eat 3x a day......   2 reply

Get a food allergy test if you can. I've heard dairy makes people break out sometimes tho that has never happened with me. Find out your skin type. I'm assuming you have oily or a combination type.
