I have read this manga long back. But I dropped it in between, now I can't remember the same or the char. names, the plot is where the ML like to tortor MC like a revenge thing. MC will be in kind of love with ML. MC will be a actor i guess, ML will try to put him to mental asylum. Fake and pretends he like MC. But after he came to know everything truth it will be too late like MC will be beyond repairable, he will be mentally ill. Because of the people cursing him and trashing him in whole social. He goes to one tombstone and very reporter and fans surrounds him to attack him after that only he gives up everything it's all MLs doing..... Sorry I only remember till here.

I don't think it is this one because this is a manhwa and not a manga. But just in case I put it here. The MC wants to be an actor but has amnesia, the ML wants revenge but I haven't finish reading so I'm not sure
