Cleaning - people generally use photoshop but procreate is also pretty good. Look up a tutorial on YouTube. Translation - if you’re looking to machine translate, I really wouldn’t recommend that. Learning the language is the only way and even then translating Japanese is very hard because of the kanji. Good luck!   1 reply

For translation, I use 'Bubble Screen Translate' by NIVEN Studio. Yes, the translation is not better than human translation as it is a machine. But its pretty decent. The app is easy to use and free. It directly translate any words in your screen, either in web page or picture. It also has several ways of translation like the whole screen or just ......   reply
