I used to read anything I could get my hands on that was popular, and I do think that was a good thing because it made me realize how much I prefer yaoi's quite, chaste brother shonen ai when I started reading those. I also used to read manhwas but now that's rare outside of the few I'm following, I've greatly shifted over to short mangas.
