My taste has definitely evolved throughout my 13 years of reading BL, but rather than changing it's more that I've become more critical and discovered what my preferences were. I'm very in tune with what I like today and it's been consistent for a long time now, but back then I didn't really know what was good so I just liked everything I read lmao......   reply

I think my taste has remained more or less constant, but I no longer just finish a read if I'm not up for it. I have noticed that I used to be harsher when voting. (Sign - absolute masterpiece - was one of my first reads so I was quite strict after lol) Plus, because I have forgotten many of my reads when I look at my lists I sometimes rediscove......   reply

One thing I noticed is that I can’t stand some of those Isekai manwhas anymore I used to read them religiously so I can’t tell if I got tired of the same old, or I just matured enough to realize how corny some of them were — Don't get me wrong, there are some good ones —but I feel like especially the recent ones that have been coming out......   reply
