Y’all ever read something that has a character that is so blatantly a self insert to the point that it has no substance at all and literally doesn’t line up with any themes in the plot… like wdym you’re an idol now your whole family got merked and you vowed revenged in the first chapter and how tf did you get a goddamn microphone in here!!!
That "I am not starfire" book, 90% of the reviews are 1 stars talking about how the story feels like a self insert and that Mandy, the mc is annoying and self loathing to an unbearable degree 2 reply
