It's only natural to be hygienic. idk anyone who doesn't do dental care. If you snore, you'll get bad breath and that could also mean you're not healthy. I don't snore, my mouth is shut closed, so it's clean, not dry......   reply

hi! i used to regularly go to a dentist and i asked them this question too.. my doctor said that its good to wash our mouth after waking up because when we sleep our mouth becomes dry sometimes and bacteria MIGHT accumulate (especially if you sleep with your mouth open). i also asked if i could just brush my teeth before AND after breakfast but he ......   reply

Brushing before breakfast serves no purpose. If someone has 'nasty sleep breath', it's a sign for them to start practicing better oral hygiene before sleeping. After breakfast and after dinner works well. Also, don't forget to clean your tongue too because that's where most of the smell comes from.   2 reply

If you feel like you need to brush your teeth after eating or drinking something, wait at leas......   1 reply

Lately I've been doing both before and after because of the internet :))) They say it's recommended to brush right after waking up, because your mouth develops bacteria over night and eating in the morning feeds that bacteria. So it's better to brush before breakfast and also do not rinse with water a......   reply
