I’m guessing you mean gen alpha? I think so, but it’s probably because of us or the stupid people making content that targets kids like that. I don’t think kids really have that sense of community you find online. Like I myself am happy with a bunch of my online stuff since it’s mostly art, skits, gaming, and cute videos of animals.
