It's situational. It depends on how remorseful they are, how they've improved and put in the effort to change, and how they understand their actions hurt people. It depends on the person who bullied me, what I went through was fucking hell. It made me unable to have friends for most of my highschool days. They spread rumors about me being a gay sl#t then physically bullied me. The amount of anger I have with them right now? Is alot. They made me into someone so hateful and petty.
