Getting sick of the way these manga/manhwa artists draw poc.
" it's because they are not used to drawing them, there aren't poc in Korea it's cause-" just say it. They're still racist and those who defend them are satright up weird, glorifying their colorism and straight up making them seem like they're children and not human that choose to do this and that.
It's stupid. I know but still. I CANT STAND IT ANYMORE. if anyone has the audacity to say. " well if you don't like it don't read it." Bish if that was how 99% of things were solved then most of us wouldn't be here. Use that logic for the rest of things and see if it's valid.
Example.
'I don't like the fact that there are Cp art and drawings on the Internet, and cp ingeneral.'
"Well if you don't like it don't read it"
See how dumb it sounds?
Anyways wanted to know ur opinions on this. It's sad and disheartening when a group of people just want to be represented right instead o second class humans that don't even look human or have moro compass. Fuck that. Duck u if u think that. If it makes u uncomfortable then it's good simulation for u to ponder on and get out of your bubble.
Thank you for reading. It's 2024 let's make the change for a better and bright future.
Tldr, title explains it.

It’s the culture. I’m not defending it but the culture needs to change. Like it’s Asian culture in general. These days the world is growing more diverse, but most continental Asians are only around other Asians of their own ethnicity and that was also the case for me growing up. I was born in a south East Asian culture and growing up I was racist as hell I will admit that. For example I didn’t like Chinese people because they had a stereotype for being charlatans and Japanese people (for world war 2) and thought Indians and Africans were stinky and unhygienic. And I’ve literally never properly interacted with people from these cultures at that point, it’s cuz that’s what I heard from the people around me. I thought tan skin was ugly and being pale was beautiful. Now as an adult I know these cultures are rich in history and have bomb ass food for example and are so much more than these 2d ass stereotypes but I also had the opportunity to move out and experience a different culture where I got to meet different people and learn that we as humans are not so different. I like to think that I’ve gone through a change for the better. Unfortunately, if you grow up around people with the same values and never experience hanging around different types of people, it’s hard for different concepts to be introduced to you and you will grow up with the same bigoted ideals you were taught as a kid. And it would also be great if you were willing to learn about others too. Unfortunately I don’t know how different things can be introduced to these ppl if they aren’t already open to learning about other cultures. For example, Usually you can learn through the internet, but if you ain’t already googling that stuff up how’s it gonna happen?
