Need an opinion on whether I'm overreacting or no?

Umm so hi. So I need an opinion on this. I'm 23 and I've never dated before. I met a guy yesterday on bumble(the dating app) he was sweet in the beginning. But then he started to ask me extremely personal questions. Like sexual ones. As in "do you mast*rb*ate", "how many fingers would you like." "I'd like to relieve you from being so innocent." And several other weird ass questions it made me really uncomfortable so I told him I won't answer any of those questions. And stopped the conversation there. Am I overreacting? Or are men usually like this? I have no experience whatsoever in dating so idk how to deal with these things. Please can I get some opinions? :( I'm really confused. I'm too embarrassed to tell my irl friends.

Might be a result of meeting off a dating app? From what I've seen, the population there has more people like that. But that is by no means how all men are. If they make you uncomfortable, don't force yourself to keep talking to them. reply

Nope, stay away from that man. He just wants to hook up with you and if this is not your objective you don’t need to meet him anymore. Dating apps can make the search a little bit more difficult but not impossible (actually a friend of mine met her half through an app). 1 reply

Well no all men are not like that. But that is not the actual question. He is obviously want a sexual relationship (and NOTHING remotely close to dating). Question is what you want. It's not new to me I've been around dating app for long. Almost every there are really just looking for seggsual pleasure. You're not overreacting; a large part of relationships is what you're comfortable with, what your boundaries are, and whether the other person respects them.
