Do you rage when playing video games? If so, how do you deal with it?

I thought I wasn't the type to rage out loud when playing video games. I barely rage quit, I just took a break. Now I realize that I'm just calm when it's low stake games like minecraft or dress to impress but when the stakes are high I get so mad when something goes wrong

P.S to the person who designed the canto 6 fights in limbus....come to my house I just wanna talk :)

It's definitely games with more stakes that make you rage more since you get pumped with that adrenaline The last time I raged over a game was when I was finishing Sekiro. I was so frustrated I started hyperventilating and crying when I died lmao reply
