What's the most painful physical injury you got/experienced?

(Most probably my experience will be milder compared to others so...)

Mine would be that time when I was a kid. A 3 inch glass shard (yeah, I remembered the size) went through in the bottom of my foot, right where the arch is. The shard went in deep enough for the shard to be barely visible outside. Weirdly enough, it wasn't the pain that made me panic but the fast-flowing blood that came out of the wound.

I was so scared that for some reason I went into the bathroom to wash it with water and tried to flick my foot in attempt to discard the shard. The shard didn't budge but the walls of the bathroom were splattered with blood.

A few minutes later, my mother, who was in the other side of the house, noticed what happened and that's when I finally felt the pain, which was the "uncomfortable" type of pain. Since the shard suddenly became too painful, I pleaded my parents to take the shard out first before they bring me to the hospital and so my father restrained me in his arms while my mother took out the shard using a plier. The shard was yank out, I screamed and writhed in pain, and even more blood gushed out.

Afterward, I got treated in the hospital, my mother cleaned the blood-stained bathroom, and I couldn't walk or move my foot without feeling an intense sharp pain the wound for several weeks. That's pretty much it, it's admittedly not that much but it was a pretty harrowing experience for a young child.

I would have to say my first concussion. I was driving on a highway when a big snowstorm blew up. Going around a corner I started to spin and of course I did the one thing you shouldn't do and hit the breaks. I ended up going into the ditch backwards which wouldn't have been so bad if it weren't for the car already there. The hinge of back of my seat broke and as I fell backwards I remember looking at my seatbelt and thinking "Well that did a damn lot of good." Then my head hit and I lost consciousness for a bit. After I got out of the car I agreed with someone who stopped to help and an ambulance was called and I got the whole cervical collar and backboard thing. It didn't hurt much at that point but I didn't feel well. On the long, slow, and careful drive to the hospital where I hit my head became more and more painful. I could feel one of my pupils dialating and the back of my head hurt so much I almost couldn't feel it. Definitely a new ten on my personal pain scale.
By the way. How do you post one of these questions? I can't figure it out and there is something I want to ask. Also, let me know if you want to know about the weirdest injury I ever had.

Sorry for the late reply. There wasn't any notification and I really didn't know where to find this again. ABout your question: I really don't fully understand how. What I do is this:
1. Pick and click one topic from "People are sharing things" in the right side.
2. Scroll down and click "All questions" which is on the bottom right corner.
3. Then click "Ask question" which is encased in a green box.

And that's basically it, I think.

About your injury, well almost everyone will instinctively smash the brakes. It's almost an unavoidable reaction. Damn that sounds like it really sucked. I really never had a head injury before. But I did experience the pain of having a bad tooth. Like it reached to a point where I couldn't eat my food due to the pain. Like I never had breakfast or lunch and yet when the pain set in, all the feelings of hunger immediately went away and was replaced by this incredibly uncomfortable pain. At one point I even literally laid down on the floor because it was too exhausting/painful for me to sit or stand.

What makes your injury weird though.
